Board Certification REQUIRED
State Medical License REQUIRED
- Willing to license IMLC or WV temp license candidates
DEA REQUIRED
Certifications REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Schedule

Shift Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Call: ~6 days/month (includes weeknights + weekends)

- General ENT
- Audiology Department
- Head & Neck Cancer Specialist on staff

Clinical & Work Details

Specialty: Otolaryngology
Patient Population: Pediatrics through adults

- 3 Nurses
- 1 NP (intermittent support)
- 1 Pre-Cert Specialist (for scheduling, authorizations, testing, and surgeries)
Procedures: Must be proficient in all General ENT procedures
