Board Certified or Board Eligible American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
Active PA Medical License OR IMLC accepted
MD or DO Degree From an accredited medical school
Completed Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
Current Clinical Experience:
Minimum 100 general orthopedic procedures in the past 12 months
OR completed ACGME/AOA-accredited residency or fellowship within the past 12 months

Fellowship Training: Preferred
