Join busy single specialty practice. Seeking a Orthopedic Spine surgeon.

ROLE

Monday thru Friday schedule, No Weekends
2-3 Days in Clinic, 2 days OR ' Hospital is next door
3 exam rooms at main clinic, several satellite clinics to refer spinal cases to main
Shared call 1:5

Nearby hospital is level 2 trauma

Support of various experienced staff, RN, MA, NP or PA

Be busy immediately

PACKAGE

Salary commensurate with experience $700k range/negotiable

$50k sign on bonus

2 year partner track; Option to own shares of ASC

Malpractice with tail coverage

6 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays

SKILLS

'Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Illinois
'Fellowship training in Spine surgery required
