The specialist will perform comprehensive eye exams, including measuring eye pressure, examining the optic nerve, and testing visual fields. They will also develop treatment plans, which may include medication, laser therapy, or surgery, and monitor patients' progress over time. The specialist will work closely with other eye care professionals, such as optometrists and ophthalmologists, to provide the best possible care for their patients.
