• Schedule:
  • Tuesday - Fri provider will work Regular hours - 4 days, Mondays off 8am 5pm (1hour unpaid lunch).
  • Night Call on some days - schedule TBD
  • Weekend Call schedule TBD.Call rotation will include serving as primary and backup to the APPs. Please note that when the physician is on call, they only must be available by telephone. The APP will let the provider know if they need to come into the hospital.

• Need case logs in order for presentation
• Active IN State License or IMLC.
• ACLS/BLS issued by AHA required
