A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Waverly, IA.

The position follows a clinicandcall MHAS model, with both clinic and call required. The facility averages around 200 hospital deliveries per year, with hospitalists typically handling 1-4 deliveries and seeing 13 or more patient encounters per day. This is a Level 1 NICU, and boardeligible candidates are accepted. There is no MFM on site, and hospitalists are expected to provide GYN coverage, including OB triage, unassigned GYN emergencies, and deliveries.
