• Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm with 8 hours guaranteed daily
• 18 - 20 patients per shift with 214 deliveries annually
• Call 3 - 4 days weekly with 1:4 ratio
• Mix of low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
• C-sections, forceps, breech deliveries, and VBAC management
• OB ultrasounds and FHR interpretation required
• Both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Ongoing long-term permanent assignment
