• 12-hour night shifts 7pm - 7am, 5 - 7 shifts per month
• Average 10 admissions per day with 15 - 20 call volume
• 100% inpatient adult neurology care
• Thrombolytic therapy and EEG expertise required
• Stroke activation response required with 1 - 6 daily activations
• 5 critical care cases per shift
• Annual NIHSS and Modified Rankin Scale certification required
• 10 hours yearly stroke-related CME required
