An acute care medical center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Belleville, New Jersey to provide advanced newborn care in a Level II NICU and Well Baby Nursery. This role supports deliveries, neonatal assessments, and resuscitation in a collaborative hospital setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift, night shift
• Schedule: Seven days per week
• Hours: 7am to 7pm or 7pm or 7am
• Setting: Inpatient hospital

Responsibilities:

• Provide neonatal care in a Level II Special Care Nursery and NICU
• Cover the Well Baby Nursery and support routine newborn management
• Attend Cesarean section deliveries and high-risk deliveries as needed
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and newborn assessments
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and respiratory therapy to coordinate patient care

Qualifications:

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or qualified Advanced Practice Provider license and certification
• Experience providing care in NICU and newborn nursery settings
• Strong neonatal assessment and management skills
• Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation
