Job Description

A healthcare services organization in New York City is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician to join their growing team as their new Regional Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Examining patients, diagnosing, and treating illnesses
  • Implementing strategic clinical initiatives and collaborating with leadership
  • Providing education and performance improvement for quality care
  • Supporting regulatory compliance and hiring processes
  • Providing relationship-centered care and maintaining standards
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • Unrestricted New York State License to practice medicine
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active DEA registration
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in a Leadership / Management role within a Medical setting
