Job Description

A federally qualified community health center located in Boston is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. They are affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and offer comprehensive, neighborhood-based care to patients of all ages, regardless of ability to pay. The center provides a wide range of services, including primary medical care, pediatric care, dental, vision, behavioral health, and support services, and emphasizes culturally appropriate, patient-centered care designed to improve health and well-being in the surrounding communities.


About the Opportunity:

  • Total outpatient
  • Monday through Friday, with one evening per week
  • Call averages every 12 weeks
  • Providers are given a stipend of $1k for providing after-hours coverage for the wee,k and they have the option to do additional after-hours on-call for extra pay
  • When fully ramped up, our Providers see 14 patients per day (mainly 30-minute visits)
  • EPIC EMR
  • Teaching opportunities

Financial Package:

  • Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years, transitioning to an RVU compensation model
  • Salaries vary depending on a provider's productivity and coding,allowing for high earnings potential
