7 on/7 off block schedule.  No procedures, closed ICU.  235 bed community hospital.  IM physicians admit and care for adult patients.  FM physicians admit and care for adult patients and a small number of low acuity pediatric inpatients.  For those who like to teach, there is the opportunity to work with FM residents.  Base salary over $400K plus productivity/quality bonuses.
