Job Description

Join Our Collaborative Hospitalist Team in West Texas - Open to 2026 Internal Medicine Residents

Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a respected, close-knit team of 2 physicians and 2 night APPs. We work side-by-side to deliver patient-focused care, partnering with colleagues across the hospital in a supportive, solutions-driven environment. Our culture emphasizes mutual respect, work-life balance, and seamless communication to ensure the best outcomes for patients and providers alike.

Position Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Internal Medicine training required; prior hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory'new graduates encouraged to apply

  • Current ACLS certification

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Coverage

  • Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off

  • Day shift: 7:00 am ' 7:00 pm, with call during your shift week (no return trips to the hospital required)

  • Nights staffed by an APP

  • We oversee both Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine departments

Role Highlights

  • Deliver comprehensive inpatient and post-op care in our 49-bed facility

  • Perform central line placement and intubations (mandatory)

  • The ER team responds to codes; you will manage rapid responses for your patients

  • EPIC EMR system
