TeamHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible hospital medicine physician to join our hospitalist program at Baptist Health - Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, Alabama, just outside of Birmingham.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct inpatient care, including daily rounding, admissions and discharge planning
  • Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital performance goals
  • Contribute to clinical documentation and patient communication using the hospital's EMR

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Unrestricted Alabama medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
