About this role - Nocturnist Hospitalist:
- 26 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners
- The schedule is 7 days on/ 7 days off
- Our group of BC/BE physicians has extensive practice experience, excellent teamwork, and a highly collaborative approach to serving the patients and providers throughout the Texas Panhandle and the Tri-State region
- Complete nocturnal admitting assistance provided by the Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency program
Hours/schedule:traditional 10 -12 hour shifts.7 on 7 off
Open icu?Yes, open ICU.However, we have both Pulm/CC Intensivist 24/7 and Surgical Intensivist 24/7.
Procedures?Hospitalist choice.Some of our Hospitalist prefer, some do not.We have all support services to handle all procedures needed in ICU setting.
Average # of patients seen per day:14 -18.
-Roughly 32 Physicians, 4 APPs.(2) Teams 7 on 7 off. Day Shift, Split shift, Swing shift, Phone call rotation, Nocturnist shift.
Salary range $320K to $400K with Salary plus bonuses.Moonlighting shifts also available
