Job Description

Locums Albuquerque, New Mexico, Gastroenterology Opening
  • Clinical Role:

    • 9/1/24 Ongoing Need Available
    • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with night call and any call-back
    • Weekends (Sat & Sun) will be 24-hour call coverage
    • Scheduled hours and Call Coverage
    • 8a - 5p Monday - Friday
    • Call schedule: 1:5 weeks - Weekends and Holidays only
    • 3 GI lab days with 18-20 procedures /day and clinic days with 18-20 visits per day
    • Full clinic support (APP, RN, MA) as well as APP inpatient support
    • Admissions Required
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • Providers will work inpatient all day/every day, which includes approximately a little more than 1/2 day performing procedures and the remaining part of the day doing rounds. ERCP required (higher acuity) / EUS preferred
    • Board Certified Required
    • Will accept board eligible but they must have their date to sit for their boards scheduled within 12-18 months of being confirmed for this assignment.
    • ERCP Required / EUS Preferred
    • Active NM License or IMLC
    • Fellowship Required
    • EMR: Epic
