• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ABLS, ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
• 18 - 20 patient visits per day in clinic days, 18 - 20 procedures per day in GI lab days
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
