Locum job opening Must have an active Illinois medical license and be board certified in Gastroenterology Must be available a minimum of 5 consecutive shifts per month (more preferred)

Description: General GI care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, and hospital consults Expected median productivity The group will work with the locum physician on call expectations prefer as much call coverage as possible, but open to multiple candidates Responsibilities include outpatient support, ambulatory scopes, patient admits, and rounding Current locums have been providing a mix of ambulatory, inpatient, and ED coverage this remains the preferred model

Required Procedures: General GI care Endoscopies Hospital consults

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Possible night call No weekend coverage
