Locums - Santa Rosa, California, Family Medicine Physician Job

Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine physician
- Locum job opening
- ASAP-ongoing
- 3-6 month assignment to start
- 16-20 patients per day
- Must see pre and postpartum patients as well as urgent care patients (suturing, splinting, etc).
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Flexible scheduling options including 5 8-hour days, 4 10-hour days, 3 weeks on/1 week off
- Must be willing and capable to provide urgent and emergent care
- Patient Centered Medical Home Model
- Must have a CA license and Federal DEA with a CA address on it
- Youd serve the needs of the local American Indian Community
- BLS required
- EMR: NextGen
