Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Practice in Oregon

Due to an increasing demand for patient care, a well-established healthcare group is looking to expand their team by adding a Family Medicine physician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and stable practice within a community-focused setting!

Practice Setting

• Join a 100% outpatient practice with a Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM to 5 PM)
• Inherit a full patient panel and support from Medical Assistants and nurses
• Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics
• No OB duties required; office-based outpatient procedures only
• One administrative day per week

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • 1:7 call coverage
  • No weekends required

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 starting salary and an RVU-based production incentive structure
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation allowance
• 5 weeks PTO, 1 week for CME, and a $3,000 CME allowance.
