Client, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicianto join ourDeLandfacility located in Volusia County. Office hours are flexible,outpatient only. Call is light volume and by telephone only. The DeLand facility offers, Diabetes Education, Extended Hours Care Center, Primary Care, and Wound Care. X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy are all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

• 18-24 patients daily
• Flexible 40-hour work week

Qualifications

• MD / DO
• BC / BE
• Current Florida License
