- Language: Must speak Spanish
- Education/Discipline: Physician (MD)
- Specialty: Family Medicine / Family Practice
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required
- Licensure: Active California medical license (required, not willing to license)
- Certifications:
- BLS (required)
- DEA (required)
Board Certification: Not required, but preferred (BE accepted)Clinical Information
- Setting: Outpatient
- Average Daily Census: 18 patients (21+ preferred)
- Procedures: Standard outpatient; further details provided during interview

Orientation
- Duration: Full week (MondayFriday)
- Requirement: Providers must attend all days of orientation to be presented
