• Minimum 15 - 20 hours weekly; 3-hour shifts, flexible schedule
• 2 - 4 patients per hour; 10 - 15 minute visits typically
• Telehealth practice for new consults only
• HRT/TRT experience preferred but not required
• Late afternoon/evening hours until 8 - 9 pm weekdays ideal
• Weekend availability desired but not required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
