Compensation range of $200,000-$260,000 annually. Leadership-focused Medical Director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities and continued clinical practice. Collaborate closely with administrative leadership to improve workflows, scheduling, and EHR optimization. Lead quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care programs across the Primary Care network. Mentor and support physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in clinician recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Help shape strategic growth initiatives and population health programs. Play an integral role in advancing value-based care and community health initiatives. Work within a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Opportunity to influence operational, clinical, and strategic decisions across the organization. Board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO candidates encouraged to apply.
