A health services network in Paris, Tennessee, is seeking a new Emergency Medicine Physician, providing daily physician and NP/PA coverage in the Emergency Department with medium acuity cases.

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Providing emergency medical care to patients
• Working collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments
• Ensuring high-quality patient care and safety
• Documenting patient interactions using McKesson EMR
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree with a specialization in EM, IM, or FM
• State license board certification and active DEA
• Board Eligible
• Active DEA registration
• Proficiency with McKesson EMR
• Competency in Emergency procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified
• Advanced Medical training or education
• Additional relevant certifications
• Knowledge of Emergency Care protocols
