A Texas-based health services network is seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Emergency Medicine team for a one-year assignment starting July 2025 in Marshall.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Varies (e.g., Monday: 7a-4p, 1p-9p; Sunday & Tues-Thursday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p; Friday - Sunday: 7a-7p)
• Hours: Depending on shifts
• Setting:
• Emergency Room

Responsibilities:

• Managing emergency cases and patient care
• Working collaboratively with medical staff
• Meeting annual patient volume and daily targets
• Maintaining accurate patient records using EPIC EMR
• Following hospital procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and residency in Emergency Medicine
• Active Texas state license and board certification
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Attention to detail
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Empathy and a patient-oriented approach

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in Emergency procedures
• Prior experience in Emergency Care settings
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
