Seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician

--Join a 24 Physician Private Practice Emergency Medicine Group

--Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2-night shifts)

--Group has 4 Nocturnist (does not need any more)

--Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group

--Work out of 2 ED's - 40 beds/ 36 beds

--Current Volume ' 65,000/year ' 45,000/year

--Both ED's are level II Trauma facilities

--100% Democratic group

--Full partnership after year 2

--Group also employs NP's/PA's

--Compensation: $325K salary in year 1, $350K year 2, partnership beginning year 3 - average $450K

--Bonus: $50K sign-on and $50K starting; actual relocation up to $14,000 relocation. Benefits and malpractice paid by group

--Only looking for EM trained BC/BE candidates
