Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch

Practice Setting: Hospital and in-office clinic

• Clinic Volume: 2022 patients per day

• Cath Lab: 34 hospital consults per day

• EP Cases: 46 cases per day (depending on case length)

• Patient Population: Adult

• Department Description:Cath Lab includes hospital consults and electrophysiology cases focused on heart rhythm disturbances.

• Special Procedures:

• Cardiac electrophysiology

• Ablations (must show 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations in case logs)

• Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)

• Moderate sedation (must be comfortable performing independently)

• EMR: Cerner

• Mapping System: Abbott Ensite-X (experience required)

• Hospital Bed Size: 268

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Required

• Active Arizona license Required (willing to license)

• DEA AZ registered

• ACLS Required

• Minimum experience: 1 year Required

• CSR Not required

• Estimated Timeframe: 30 days
