A well-established private dermatology practice in southwest Missouri is expanding due to sustained patient demand and is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its collaborative, high-performing team. • Full-time position with flexible 4- or 5-day workweek options
• Primarily medical and surgical dermatology in modern, well-equipped clinics using EMA
• Collaborative practice model with experienced dermatologists, APPs and strong clinical leadership
• Robust support structure with 34 dedicated medical assistants per provider (rooming, scribing, documentation)
• Compensation model built for productivity: guaranteed base, collections-based incentive and long-term growth

• Proven earning potential exceeding $850,000
• Guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
