• In house nights, 7pm - 7am
• 3 - 10 admissions per night with average of 5 - 6 over 12 hours
• 12-bed med-surg ICU
• Telemedicine intensivist backup from 10pm - 7am
• Must intubate, place A-lines and central lines
• Coverage for scheduling gaps when both providers need time off
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
