• Clinic: ~15 patients per day, 1 day per week (8 hours)
• 3 OR days per week plus 1 TAVR day per week
• Both inpatient and outpatient practice settings required
• Daily rounding ~1 hour per day -- AP support provided
• Weekday call: 5 pm - 7 am; weekend call: Friday - Monday
• 20-minute response time required for beeper call
• Ongoing assignment -- ASAP start
