Everett, Washington - Cardiology Job OpportunityClinical Role:

  • Permanent Placement Position
  • Hospital hours 7a-5p, clinic hours 8a-430p
  • Monday -Thursday day blocks and weekend blocks are Friday through Sunday
  • Patients per shift: 15-18
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS
  • Benefit and Compensation details:
  • Salary:$540,000 base (Plus incentive of up to $60,000 in quality)
  • RVUs:Minimum threshold is 6,750 and upside threshold is 8,333
  • Bonus:In addition to base comp Quality incentive of up to additional $60,000 available PLUS an additional $7.20 after threshold is met
  • 264 hours of PTO (includes 7 national holidays)
  • CME:40 hours and $3,500 annually
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD,Relocation assistance, Retirement plan, Sign on bonus, Loan repayment for physicians new to the area
