Locums Silverdale, Washington, Cardiac Anesthesiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)

- - 6/18-19 or 6/24-25 orientation for June/July starts, 7/9-10, 7/16-17, 7/24-25 August start
- Ongoing Need Available
- ORIENTATION: Mandatory attendance at one of the following orientation sessions prior to start, no exceptions. Below are the available dates. Commitment to an orientation date is required upon offer acceptance. Tue-Wed.
- Orientation Dates:
  - 6/18-19 or6/24-25orientation for June/July starts, 7/9-10, 7/16-17, 7/24-25 August start
- Site can align patient care shifts to align with orientation commencement.
- Shift Duration: Mon-Fri 6a-4:30p
- Call: 1 night per week (starts after shift ends), and 1 weekend/month. Call ends at 6a the following day.
- Average Call Back: 1 Hour
- Setting: Inpatient
- 1-2 cardiac ORs
- 1 EP lab
- 1 structural interventional lab
- Duties:
  - How many cardiac cases/week: 2-5
  - Are cardiac cases guaranteed: yes
  - Types of cases: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, afib ablations
  - Tee experienced or Certified: preferred, not required.
  - Will they do cardiac and liver transplants: no
  - Will locum take over general cases if there are no cardiac: no
  - Will locum supervise CRNA: no
  - Other anesthesiologist present: present, but not in the same case
- Required Procedures: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, afib ablation
- EMR: Epic
- Reason for Coverage: medical leave
- Board Certification - Required
- WA License preferred or IMLC in hand
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship Required
- BLS, ACLS, DEA Required
