• M-F, 7am to 3:30pm
• Average 6 cases per day
• Outpatient and inpatient setting
• 3 MDs working each day
• Weeknight and weekend pager call roughly 1:3
• Mostly general anesthesia (90%)
• 4 total ORs, usually run 3 each day
• Some OB, regional, ortho, neuro spine procedures
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
