Locums Anesthesiologist Kendallville, IndianaShared Position | No CallAVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE
  • Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • Call: None
  • Rotation:
    • Every other Monday for podiatry cases
  • Coverage Type: Locums
  • Position Structure: Shared role between LaGrange and Noble locations
LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
  • Board Certification: Required
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS
    • BLS
    • PALS
  • Case Logs:
    • Required
    • Must show experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks
CLINICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Spinals: Required
  • Regional Blocks: Required
  • Epidurals: Required
  • Proficiency: Must be comfortable independently performing all above
CASE MIXLaGrange Location:
  • Endoscopy
  • Pediatrics
  • Urology
  • Trauma
  • Ophthalmology
  • General Surgery
  • GYN
  • Orthopedics
Noble Location:
  • Endoscopy
  • OB/GYN
  • Pediatrics
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics
PRACTICE SETTING
  • Supervision:
    • MDs onsite
    • Little to no supervision
  • Providers per Day:
    • Each site: 1 MD / 1 CRNA
  • Operating Rooms:
    • LaGrange: 2 ORs
    • Noble: 3 ORs
  • EMR: Epic
