A 100% member-owned anesthesiology group is seeking an anesthesiologistto join our dedicated team inTucson, Arizona. This role offers anexceptional work-life balance andcompetitive compensationin a clinician-led practice.

Position Highlights

• Flexible schedule:Choose2 weeks on/2 weeks offor3 weeks on/1 week off
• Work-life balance:No call, no weekends, no holidays, limited evenings
• Competitive earnings:$720,000/year for full-time; $410,000 for 2on/2off
• Unique 1099 role with benefits(health, vision, disability, malpractice, etc.)
• PRN options available
