Join our mission-driven team of physicians caring for the diverse communities in the East Bay. As our newest Anesthesiology physician, you’ll join an organization recognized as a world-class patient-centered system of care. 

The Practice:

• Cover Level 1 Trauma Center and two community hospitals
• Only one hospital per shift, 80% of time spent at one location
• Collaborate with a team of over 25 providers
• Enjoy teaching opportunities with residents, CRNAs, and SRNAs
• Enjoy a mix of ambulatory, OB, regional, ICU, and trauma cases
• The group does not see pediatric or cardiac cases 

Schedule:

• Flexible 40-hour work week: 8- or 10-hour weekday shifts available
• Only 2 call shifts per month required
• Take extra call for extra compensation!

Compensation & Benefits:

• $470,000 - $520,000 annual income (W2 employed)
• $10,000 signing bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• PLUS, Student loan forgiveness
