• 30+ patients per clinic day
• 8+ procedures per procedure day -- performed on separate days from clinic
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Call: 1:4 rotation -- beeper call with 20-minute response time
• Preferred: cataract, glaucoma, corneal, refractive, and laser procedures
• Hospital privileges required
