• 7 days on / 7 days off rotation -- 12hr shifts, 7 am - 7 pm
• Overnight call included when on rotation
• 12 - 15 patients per shift
• 3 - 5 consults per day
• Inpatient psychiatry -- adult population
• After-hours coverage includes inpatient, consult, and ED admissions
• New admissions handled directly by locum provider
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
