Solo Cariologist needed at a financially secure, independent 25-bed critical access hospital system in Massachusetts. This is staffed with a collegial atmosphere and excellent work environment. You will also have APP support. This is a short drive to Boston, MA and New York City and is a 4-season resort community, with ample cultural opportunities. There is no call to enjoy a quality of life.

Hospital Employee .  No Call.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and $4,500 available.  3 year $515,000 guarantee base salary.  $45,000 sign on bonus.  403b and 457B.  You will receive 7 weeks of "Time Off" per year which can be used for vacation, sick time, CME, etc. This will be prorated based on weeks worked in the fiscal year.  You will have the opportunity to earn up to $17,500 of compensation for Performance Incentives.  Very affluent community.  Only an hour to an international airport.
