• 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• 10 - 12 inpatient patients per day plus 1 - 2 consults
• New adolescent unit opening
• Midlevel takes primary call with psychiatrist as backup
• Inpatient treatment for adolescents ages 12 - 17
• Court hearings and probate court responsibilities
• 6 month commitment with ongoing coverage potential
