The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services for spine procedures, plastic surgery cases (1-2 per day), and bariatric surgery procedures (6-8 per day). The position requires 100% hands-on involvement while supervising CRNAs in a collaborative care model. Day shift coverage eliminates call requirements, allowing clinicians to focus on direct patient care during regular business hours. Credentialing process requires 48 hours for completion.
