The hospital operates a comprehensive anesthesia department with dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists handling complex cardiac cases including CABG, valvular, and thoracic procedures. The facility maintains a 100% QZ practice model and provides coverage across multiple locations with CRNA support available during weekend hours. Advanced regional anesthesia capabilities are available with ultrasound guidance for various procedures.

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services for day shifts with weekday and weekend call coverage, working 10-20 shifts per month. The role involves managing general anesthesia cases including routine Cath Lab procedures such as cardioversions, TEEs, pacemakers, AICDs, Watchman procedures, and cardiac ablations. Clinicians will work independently in a 100% QZ practice model with no CRNA supervision required, and will utilize ultrasound guided regional anesthesia techniques including TAP and ESP blocks for postoperative pain management. Board certification is required for this position with call responsibilities included.
