A leading medical group in Connecticut is actively seeking a new Hematology/Medical Oncologist to provide essential outpatient care focusing on pre-chemotherapy visits and surveillance at one of their facilities in Litchfield County.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Hours: Over 12 hours/day; overtime after 12 hours/day and 168 hours/week
• Setting: Office-based, outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-chemotherapy and surveillance visits
• Managing outpatient Hematology/Oncology patient care
• Administering and managing chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Providing coverage as per the schedule with on-call duties

Qualifications:

• CT Medical license
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Hematology/Medical Oncologist
• Fellowship in Medical Oncology or Gynecologic Oncology
• Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy proficiency
• Hematology experience
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
