• BC/BE in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Joining a single-speciality private practice
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• A team of 1 Hematology Oncologist and 1 NP
• Call 1:2 - not much overnight calls - taken by pbone and rounding on weekends
• The practice has 3 office locations - will never be going to 2 offices in 1 day
• EMR is OcooEMR
• Seeing around 10-12 patients a day
• Rounding in the hospital and seeing/treating patients in the clinic
• 350K base with a 20K sign on bonus
