• 8 shifts per month with max 2 consecutive shifts
• 2 - 4 deliveries, 1 ER or inpatient consult per day
• Community hospital setting
• OB delivery, C-section, and GYN emergent surgery required
• Coverage for community with OB provider shortage
• 75% hospital time, 25% hotel time
• On-call for unassigned patients and ER
• High-risk patients without prenatal care
