• ASA 1-5 patient acuity
• Hospital setting
• General, ortho, ophthalmology, urology, OB, gynecology procedures
• ENT, endoscopy, vascular, podiatry cases
• One week coverage per month initially
• PALS, ACLS, BLS certification required
• Board certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
