• Friday - Monday 7 am - 7 am 24-hour on-call coverage
• 5 patients per shift with inpatient and outpatient rounding
• 10 beds in department
• Adult and pediatric surgery including laparoscopic procedures
• Call ratio 1:3 with 15-minute response time
• Average 3-4 phone consults and 1-2 admissions per 24 hours
• Beeper call type with 5% call back rate
• Board certification eligible required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
