Clinical Role

Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon
Permanent, employed position within a large multispecialty group
Hiring due to growth and expansion
Outpatient-only practice
MondayFriday schedule
No call
Typical office hours
Work alongside experienced physicians and APPs
EMR: EPIC

Youll join a well-managed, high-volume department featuring:

4 office locations
5 busy plastic surgeons
3 Physician Assistants
Fully staffed, professionally managed operations
Access to two modern, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range: $350,000 $750,000

Base salary guarantee (1+ year)
Transition to RVU-based model after guarantee
