Practice Model
  • 24-physician private practice group
  • 100% democratic group
  • Full partnership after Year 2
Schedule
  • 16 shifts per month
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Approximately:
    • 14 day shifts
    • 2 night shifts
  • Dedicated nocturnist team (4 physicians)
Facility & Volume DetailsEmergency Departments
  • Carrollton ED: 40 beds
  • Villa Rica ED: 36 beds
  • Both are Level II Trauma Centers
Annual Volumes
  • Carrollton: ~65,000 visits/year
  • Villa Rica: ~45,000 visits/year
Coverage Model
  • Works at both Carrollton and Villa Rica EDs
  • NP/PA support provided
Compensation & Partnership Track
  • Year 1 salary: $325,000
  • Year 2 salary: $350,000
  • Partnership beginning Year 3
    • Average partner compensation: ~$450,000
  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000
  • Start bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation: Actual expenses covered up to $14,000
  • Benefits and malpractice fully paid by the group
